Very interesting! I am not that tuned in to the "behind the scenes" that I can offer a good explanation -- I probably have more questions than answers. For example, is it the MM that is setting these levels on his own or is this simply reflecting the "limit" price of asks of individual investors who are working through these houses?
In any case, I think we can agree that it shows a movement to the upside - there is anticipation building....
