Jaramillo, 2_wolf is absolutely correct. We all have different methods and approaches but hopefully the same result...turning a profit. I would add 2 additional thoughts:

1. Warren Buffett once said "The stock market is a vehicle to move wealth from the impatient to the patient". My experience has been that that is very true. Too often I have sold because I was impatient with a stock's performance only to watch it do well in the longer term. Once in a while a stock will do well very quickly but my own experience is to be patient.

2. Watch out for hype. There are many pennies out there that are scams. If someone is touting a "sure thing" I'd be very careful. You need to feel comfortable with any stock that you buy or you will lose sleep at night...

I am in this stock because of the strength and experience of the management team. That's what made me comfortable. However that doesn't mean that it couldn't go under tomorrow.

FWIW I see BTOR as a 1-3 year hold...
