Wick its strange.The market cap is alot higher 3x due to the dilution.I would say 100 m outstanding now if not more.This law suit filed friday is nothing other then a plow to get something.It will take along time before it is ever solved.Most likey they pay 1/3 of what they are asking or less and maybe nothing.Its not that much 263k.Now if they get a bunch and several millions for judgements received then that is a problem.Notice how I stated received like the company is the one collecting when its the other way around.I'm referring to the past 770,000.

Wick the market cap is climbing even though the stock keeps falling.Dilution,dilution,dilution.You can build a dam but it will only hold so much water.I could care less if it goes to zero.I have one plan and JF is apart of it.1/8/08.
