The SCUMBAG lawyers are the ONLY folks who will win in a class action securities lawsuit. Shareholders will get virtually NOTHING while the lawyers will clean up. Don't let another scumbag screw us. We have already been screwed once, we don't need to help any lowlife lawyers make any money off our misfortune! Don't be fooled into thinking a lawsuit will bring shareholders any sort of monetary reimbursement. Our only hope now is that JMON management will actually do something to right this ship. Probably a very slim chance, but at least a chance. There will be no chance if they are sued out of existence to help line the pockets of greedy lawyers. jmho

I would like to see them sent to the frying pan. They knew they were scamming shareholders with the pump and dilution. They made an easy $5M with dilution pre split by releasing fraudulent PR's. Now everyone investment is only worth 2% of what it was pre-split. They could have bought back shares to reduce the 100B O/S, but instead they do a R/S hoping that new suckers would buy in. They should have known that by now no one with half a brain would buy after the R/S. This is why it has dropped from $1 to .02 and still no buyers. I don't even think we can get 2% of our money back and for most, that wouldn't even cover the commission cost.

To the new investors: This is a scam, JMON management released fraudulent PR's as JMCP. This has been the biggest scam to hit penny land. Every PR they released has been a lie. This means that nothing they say now is worth anything. They are just starting the pump and dump cycle all over again.
