I got the 87% by doing some math. You're off on a couple of details, like the common shareholders' voting, and the price that was paid for the preferreds, but you've got the gist of it. Again, you can go back and read the discussion here at the time. The deal was better than the Cornell stranglehold, but it didn't do nearly for the common stockholders what it did for the insiders. As usual.
