Nothing was discussed until the day after filings revealed that the company owned nothing! Then it was released that for a year what was being touted as FSNR was really Lloyd Lane dba FSNR. The reason given was that freestone oil and gas was complicating the accounting.
Must be something wrong with the books to go to such an extreme just to avoid an accounting.
