ya know your right to an extent. this is my opinion,, if the fundamentals are indicating, then I would hate to rely only on level II. If the stock are anystock shows good technicals, fundamentals, has a history of movement then I will take the chance,,,, I have made a few cents that way, by the way news helps. M.O.
