As for NSSers only go after scam companies....that is certainly their desire....however, they are not perfect, and have been caught off guard in the past as you well know. Are you suggesting NSSers never make mistakes? How can they foresee an POS being merged with value? Without inside info they can't. Please don't give them God-like status....they make mistakes, and I believe they made a big one here. I figured a long time ago, that FHAL was short between 50-100M shares when the merger took place.
