Bullrider...I am not in favor of aliens in possession of firearms, and I agree they are not covered by our bill of rights. IMO they get covered under that bill when & if they become an American citizen.
I just nervous when our gov' starts to enact laws and policy's under the name of safety & freedom. Their record of being concerned for our welfare lately hasn't always been the best. We have to keep an eye on them at all times; they have a bad habit of taking a mile instead of an inch. So whether or not it's a good decision I feel that they must be carefully watched and monitored. I also get extra concerned when it involves the Right To Bear Arms.
