How would you raise money if you were CEO of a start-up with no revenues and needed $10,000 to enter the electricity production queue and $50,000 for an interconnection study and I don't know how much ($100,000?) for auditing to up-list into an SEC-reporting stock and $1-2 million for the equity part of a complex deal for financing. Selling shares is a sad and risky necessity at this point.
