i agree. regardless of what people think of other posters on this message board, signing up for the ISO queue is significant . the cost to do it shows they are confident is finanlizing the financing and moving forward soon. it was also one of the main gripes of the local opposition as to how they perceived laidlaw as cutting in line or being a pennyscam farce who never intended on producing electricity. well, laidlaw's signed up now.
