Do you think that management is really going to get them to the stage of being reporting? Have they got a reputation of putting out press releases that never come to fruition?

mythbuster, What bothers me regarding this comment is that the "calendar year" ended 2008 is ten months away and financials normal are not release until three months later.

"As part of the financing terms, S3 will complete the audited financial reports required to file for an OTCBB listing. The audited financials to be filed are expected to include annual reports for the 2006, 2007 and 2008 calendar years"

S3 has been on a fiscal year ending June 30th rather than a calendar year. Has S3 changed their reporting to a calendar year or was the comment a misstatement?

I hope that we see audited financials for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008 by the end of September 2008.
