As the stock price fell into the .002s there was a marked increase in buying pressure causing the chart to begin to flatten out on the 60 minute.IMO this is the first bullish sign of a reversal,higher volume consolodation.It's still early in this phase,but as we close in on March, I think we will hold stable.

This stock has what I look for in a trade,the threat of big news around the corner.Possible new contracts and the 80M contract details,that will keep this stock in play.

How high will it go? Who knows,but I think the risk/reward at this price range is very good.
