im really confused about this company. so there was a share structure problem and big apple came and took over and increased the AS to over a billion? what happened to the shell guy meuse? why is big apple taking care of this?
i bought this stock a while back thinking the AS was small because of the old pr explaining the real AS being less than 500 million shares.
the newest pr said they will look into acquisition candidates asap. i thought the old ceo said we already got some.
also do we get nothing from the new facility 4 eternal gem? did they use any of the money from selling shares 2 get this factory?
