Agree 100% streetstylz;
should the USPTO uphold the patent against the EFF challenge, then ScanBuy will be the company in a very tough position - what company, exactly, would choose do to business with them with that huge uncertainty clouding ScanBuy's position in the market, where they are infringing on NEOM IP, and their last challenge (well, by EFF but we know who wants to benefit by said challenge) being shot down. That would put financial pressure on them, and their venture capital. Under that scenario, I think we would see ScanBuy first to the table wanting to settle with NeoMedia..the pressure on THEM. No way would this drag out "2 years" as ScanBuy could not survive that long, JMHO, with their position becoming so tenuous.
