I asked why they think that, if you want to laugh:

Apparently, Barrick sold some equipment to a Russian mining operation. That's all he said (with a smile and a wink). I will talk to him on MOnday since the last time we spoke was not an appropriate time to discuss business matters. The kicker here is that his source is a world-class geologist (formerly assoc. with Barrick). Problem is that this guy is a geologist, not a stock guy. He's basing his opinions on what was in the "NI43-101."
