There is nothing strange with some insider sales in SDVI. The people who works for SDVI gets paid in stocks instead of cash. This has been a good solution for SDVI because it prevents the company from losing money.

Of course it also makes som dilution and when the companys shares is at 3-4 cents the dilution will be much more serious this year.

My guess is that SDVI will show some 6MUSD in earnings this year and turn a 1MUSD in profit. That will make the the stock go up no matter if there is some dilution to the stock.

I'm holding 370.000 shares and won't be selling a single share until Strike Force Red Cell has hit the market and proved to be an instant hit!
