I found that a little odd as well, but it could be a mistake on his part. I'm sure he answers quite a few emails on a daily basis and I can understand he might be inclined to make a mistake every now and then.

Can someone post chad's e-mail address. Instead of assuming he made a mistake I would like to get clarification on the e-mail that he sent Carrega. We all know what happens when we assume.

i believe "both" refers to(1st P note and additional financing) and the "S" on the end of "note" is what is causing the confusion. the WHOLE message together gives the correct account of things(IMO)

The second note has not even been signed off on, it seems. The error in the counting yesterday was due to the company selling 100million shares instead of 20million as they had previously stated. Having said that, it O/S will go over a billion once the second note is converted.

He's saying both, the note and the financing, he put an s with note and wrote notes
