An interesting and welcome thing to have in the CEO of CTUM is that he makes no promises, let alone suggestions. He doesn't dangle carrots.
He DOES under-promise and over-deliver. For instance, no one ever expected Don to bring the likes of Frank D. or David Colvin into management...two undeniably, highly qualified individuals, to take LTC to the level that one would expect for such a world class technology.
DR is clearly developing LTC to be a company (and eventually, a stock) comparable to the best of bluechips, and likewise, divi's would only seem natural, once all debt is paid off and profits exceed financial need for internal growth.
