I know zilch nada nothing about this company. Absolutely zero not a clue.

I know a lot about these lawsuits.

A. If they post a settlement agreement, then be assured that there are shares to isssue. As of yet, they have not posted one. However that could happen any day.

B. The company would not agree to a court ordered settlement and be in default of that agreeement.

C. Sequoia would not want shares in a settlement if they could not unload them.

Is the company up against the share limit?
