Char, these guys playing the charts aren't being fooled. The company's tactics, etc, doesn't enter into it for them.
It's just a whole different game they're playing than what you are.
Not to worry about taking anything personal. You're responding emotionally because of being screwed by these guys. This is pure "analysis" to these others.
Like with BMiles. It'll be interesting to see if it plays out for them. Maybe. Maybe not.
