I'm not frustrated about the info letter bein delayed, for me the last PR concerning enSonix Gen2 production is much more important.

I don't expect any financial details with the letter. They must have a reason for not releasing this kind of information, do they want to wait for the big revenue stream from sales of enSonix Gen2 and ZingiberRx ? It's obvious that they don't care about the PPS at the moment.

HSXI management will have to deliver this year, what they had promised to deliver already last year (most important AMEX listing).

I can't judge that point (dilution) without an update on the share structure. It's quite possible, that they issued 10 Mio more shares last year. The number of AS is 100 Mio and they have to promote their products.....
On the other hand, I do believe that they already have significant revenue, my estimate is approx. 8-10 Mio USD so far.

Michael Ivezic stated last year, that they were talking to more big pharma companies. I guess we will hear more about that this year. Abbott stated, they didn't pursue the JV with HSXI, which I believe is true (a friend of mine also got that info from their IR, like the other poster here). But that doesn't bother me.
Next milestone I'm looking forward to, will be the launch of the infomercials.
