I have called Georgia authorities a few weeks ago. It seems as there is no real protocall on how much a company can sample or trench on the property. So a company can sample and trench until it feels it has enough info to go into production. Since there is no exact number per Georgia Authorities and it is all open to inturpertation, DKGR can trench and move a lot of dirt as bulk samples any gold pulled out of the trenching and sampling goes into the companies balance sheet and can be borrowed against which is HUGE. However, the gold can't be sold until permits are approved but it can be added as a asset on the books which is big in itself as many BIG BOARD companies use this strategy as permits come online. This is a form of production and I believe this is what DKGR will do while permits are waiting for approval. This is what DKGR is conveying it the management forum. From my telephone conversation with them this is what I was lead to believe and I believe DKGR management feels the same way.

I have called numberous of times and spoken to a few different people. Each person said a different thing. It doesn't seem do organized down there.

Yep, and I talked to Mike and he said 90 days, plus or minus. Ashley referred me to Mike as she thought him more knowledgeable. Call again and ask for Mike. 404-362-2696.
