it is legal. The one I'm sick to death with is Landover Baptist Church and Betty Bowers. For years the Atheist on RB have been posting stuff from this place that is VERY offensive for me. I would go round and round with the Atheist that this was make believe. Now finally it is acknowledged to the general public if you do a search.
Why these people and others use the Baptist name is beyond me!
