I believe that's because finance.yahoo.com; isn't showing that the quarterly report is in, rather just a pr news article.

The volume was up, but I think we have some people with weak hands giving up on the stock, which tends to keep the price down. It may take awhile to weed these people out, but eventually, we will be left with people who are willing to be patient and hang onto the stock for the long run.

We are on our way up! At the very least we know we are not involved with one of those scumbag POS stocks. We are in a very good position to gain exposure and subsequent gain in the share price. Be happy that you can load up a little more at these low levels.
