I am hoping some criminal charges against Pandey and Burg come about. In my opinion there is no way Burg didn't know all about the India deal and monies marked for Nigeria wound up there. If he were to claim ignorance then being treasurer and head of the Audit comity he was derelict in his duties. IMO, I would also like to know when he was telling me and others to hold on "The company is doing great and it would be foolish to sell" If he was in fact selling his many millions of option shares he had. Just so everyone knows what kind of individual he is, He continued to tell me to "Hang in There" after I told him I was disabled and it was all the money I had in the world. Don't get me wrong I take ultimately made the decision to hold but that does not negate his duties. imo
