The interpretation I got from talking to crazy on the phone was that Rich was implying that AMEX was a done deal and we were just waiting for the "right time". This is consistent with the latest PR's and Views.

Home Depot was I believe actual on the shelves product.

Home Depot

On the Home Depot issue, I was told they would be selling the system in the stores. I actually saw the clamshell packaging and artwork that they are going to use when it hits the mass merchants like Home Depot, it was very impressive. Don't forget that the underwater mini-cam should be going in K-Mart very soon. They were meeting with Home Depot today. I think the secureview will be in Home Depot by Summer 2001.

The AMEX seems like a sure thing, and yes I believe it is a timing issue. When the overall markets look stable and are beginning an uptrend, I believe we will see the AMEX listing.

McBride is taking his time and doing it the right way.
