Yeah, and if Yahoo had a poison pill the way that SWVC has pre-planned for, they (Yahoo) would have / could have used it to prevent the MSFT offer from being considered serious.
It's all about pre-planning...and the largest of America's companies have poison pills in their aresenals of hostile takeover defenses.
