Look at Level II. Lots of bids on the same price of 015. Only one ask at .0156. With so many sitting on the bid at .015 I starting to think some people are accumulating here. Smart, but we haven't finished the shake-out. I think we still have some downside.
Also, I think it is only legal for hedge-funds and investors outside the resident US that can short penny stocks. Regardless, it's about fundamentals and value based on past/future revenues. That is controlled by UPDA, CFUL and HTOG.
