Thanks for the update. As always, the buy/sell decison is, at $.0037, is the company worth more or less than $5,896,392.47? If you think it is, buy; if not, sell. My opinion is that it is worth more than that with the product suite it has to offer and the people it has on board to be able to market and further develop them.

2B is not that Big really.Check out the other Pinkies out there...a few of them 2-3X the share structure of SPOOZ.I got lucky to one of them from (.012 to .11)

thanks song!....I believe we were at approx 1.47 Billion o/s...so we saw an increase of about 120 million shares

I just talked to guy at Olde Monmouth....

The O/S is 1,593,619,587 and the A/S is 2,000,000,000.

This is identical to what was reported by Songbird on 2/13/08(see post I am responding to). That was one week ago.

Does anybody know how often the transfer agent updates their count? Would todays numbers reflect any changes from yesterday?
