At the present time they are not selling any products,all subscribers have probably cancelled, no one is buying shares so IMO they had to do something to try and start all over again to raise money!! If this is the case and if they start a PR campaign they will do everything possible to raise the pps so they can dilute again to make money and if we as penny players play the game right and not get greedy we can make some money just by flipping.. GLTA!
