the companies business plan calls for it to go to the OTCBB first and then AMEX, per their PR.

Wolf..rule #1..NEVER believe anyone when it comes to investing in a stock...especially the pinkies...

Rule #2...do your own DD....first check the IBOX, then visit EricDavid.com for some further reading....

Rule #3....make your OWN decision, based on what you feel comfortable with.....

Rule #4...if your not comfortable with the amount of information you have accumulated...then the investment is not worth YOUR while.
