Have you seen the mechanics lien placed against the Warren well and Bedford Energy in the Hughes County courthouse? It is for something like $70,000. There may be a good explanation, but a lien is a lien nonetheless.
Also, I saw where Bedford plans at least two offsets to this producing Warren well. The zone from which the well produces is not noted for good production in this area. I would submit Bedford needs at least 6 months of steady production to measure the drainage area of this well prior to drilling offsets, and to ensure the newly drilled wells will be an economic success and not a money pit. What a novel idea!
