I have to say I am shocked by the stocks response to the news. Certainly raises a red flag of caution.
Few questions to be answered:
Is the financing news "real"? What is the deal structure (straight common? Note? Pricing?) Why has the stock been selling off for 3+ solid weeks (what changed???)
Regardless of the mechanics of the financing deal, this news should have attracted more investors/speculators/gamblers...than just one single man (me).
CEO needs to get on the PR horn and raise some hell.
