I'm a little bit confused on how it all works but I believe there are some states where you can win the state, ie you have more votes, but you have to win by a certain percentage I think or you don't get all the delegates for that state.
You don't always win all the delegates from the state even if you win the state.
At least I think that's what it is.
I will have to look at the link again.
I really am hoping that this doesn't end up being decided by the Super Delegates because once again, it's taken out of the hands of the people who will be the win.
