Maybe I misunderstood your post but what do you mean for the company to "turn around and make even a modest profit?" Have you looked at the growth and the quarter over quarter etc? The problem isn't the company as I have said earlier. The problem is the market sucks a$$. If your down 75% then you have a tough decision to make. But don't blame the company, I would put the blame on ex director of the old company for selling his shares, or put the blame on the people who buy shares and if they don't double their money in a week sell creating panic selling. This stuff creates doubt in the company which is unwarranted. The problem is us not sticking to our guns and holding for long term growth instead we sell our shares because some MM's keep killing us. Right now there is more selling than buying due to NO PATIENCE by us. My advice to you is to hold, wait for the 10k and study the Year over Year growth then make your decision. Good luck whatever your decision is.

i wonder why anyone would not be buying DPDW right now. the future of DPDW is just as promising with the same potential as when i first found the company just nine short months ago. at that time DPDW had just reported $2m in revenue for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2007. just three quarters later and DPDW is about to report a 200% to 300% increase in revenue over the first quarter.

how many OTC companies do you know of with that type of growth?

honestly acc i guess that would depend on each individual investor -i personally am averaging down as the dips allow ,but that might not be what you are comfortable with and a good rule of thumb is never invest what your not willing to lose -so even though i would hate to se you exit this stock --you have to do whats right for you. i do believe over time that the longs will be rewarded handsomely, in other words if i can obtain say an average price of .60 cents a share and over a period of time(6-18mo) deepdown is trading at the dahlman rose projection of 2.50 or in that neighborhood -thats 400% growth-thats just my take and right now i lean more what krom just said until we see some solid numbers from the 10 k -which at that point imo ,this will start to be a whole new ballgame-hope that helps

Why if you look long term would you want to?

Obviously you haven't done your research or you're just a novice at investments.

Look long term.

And ask yourself this question... With 2 major acquisitions under our belt are we worth more, less, or the same as we were when we were at this price 6 months ago?

Why wouldn't you be buying?

I'll take a stab at this, you're probably investing with money that you are scared to lose and that's causing you to feel the "fear" you are feeling now.
