All in all, what does it appear the subjected assets are worth? Then extrapolating a reasonable dicount after appraised value, less debt, we can affix a value to the leftover that shareholders would theoretically own, right?

Fin, took me a while to go back and read last 2 pages of post to catch up. WoW what a crash course education in BKS! So here is my question.... Sense Sopris and Marathon have jumped in, yet have not formed a ad hoc(which I am not completely sure what that is, except uderstand that it gives some protection to their shares) why do you think they have not form the ad hoc up to this point??? And does it give the average share holder any protection? I too am not even sure of the questions to ask. Thanks, Nina
