It is a bogus lawsuit. You cannot successfully sue a government that nationalizes assets. If that can happen, then corporations really do run the world.
If Senor Chavez would like to stop shipping oil to the U.S., more power to him. First, we would invade and take the oil. Second, the U.S. finally would realize that it has to get those nuke plants built as soon as possible. Third, we'd have to remove troops from Iraq to pull off the invasion. It would all be good, imo.
