What i understand about Benjamin Moore, Ace Hardware, True Value, etc is that they do not have "corporate distribution", its more of a franchise. So you have to sell to each store or regional group individually.

I think they do have a catalog for "recommended products". Maybe we're in there.

A place like HD, Lowes, etc has corporate distribution.

Did you mention JUST the name (Winning Colors) or did you also state that it was a GREEN product?

If he KNEW it was GREEN with you only telling him the name, then...
