Yeah, that's fine. Not all BKs cancel their shares but those who will be cancelling need to be mentioned on the boards.
BTW...BESV emerges this month with virtually no debt, a solid bizplan, plenty of $$$ to support the company, and 2 HUGE lawsuits pending against deep pockets. (Quicksilver NYSE is one of them.) And no share cancellation with a small public float...25M verified by the CEO 6 days ago.
