Well DERB, best guess so far is that it is not the company that has been doing the selling. Been no filings to that matter, so doubtful. Also, if done properly, with filings in place, they could sell restricted shares at a much higher level than they are at right now.
Would be nice to know who the third party is that hired the latest pump service. Might go a bit towrds showing who has/will be doing the selling?
