#4426 RE: stocktiger #4422

My two cents on this mess;
-regarding ST's touting contracts, this is an all-ATOLL affair right now, there have been no sales of Fee/Bie yet. Yes, they have supposedly finished an install in January but this is for demonstration/proving purposes. Having said that, a company officer stated to me that sales of Fee/Bie would be coming sooner rather than later (in the first half of the year), that the need is there and that they essentially have no competitors. Time will tell.

-Regarding the stock price, it's obviously broken all support and the downtrend is intact. The pattern is clearly established; weekly breakdowns interspersed with some daily rebounds or level-offs (like today) but even then the price finishes at the ask with the bid significantly lower (like today), setting up further declines in the price.

-Regarding the job the company is doing in communicating to the shareholders, I strongly disagree with those on this board who don't think the company is doing enough to support the stock price. Go back and read the PR's. They have been plentiful and detailed. Anything further than what they've already done would be managing to the stock price and believe me, you don't want to have anything to do with a company that does that. There's nothing to be done except to make a personal investment decision as whether you believe the company will execute and wait for events to play out. If they do execute, the stock price will take care of itself.

I'll be honest in saying that I don't know much about manipulation, what effect shorting has in this case, IM, etc., etc., but I do know that sometimes stocks go down because they're going down, it's that simple. The fundamentals of the company are no different today than they were when the stock was at $5.00. The perception of what seemed like a good idea then has changed to the point where there are no buyers today. Fundamental events (ATOLL equity accounting, OTCBB, a Fee/Bie contract) will change the picture just as dramatically as happened last year. It just depends on whether as an individual investor one believes in this management and whether they will execute. I'm still betting they will but it might go to .30 before it turns around.
