Sure looks like a "no-brainer". Market forces are pushing Torvec's way: high oil price, Middle East instability, EPA interest and involvement, diesel efficiency, patented technology, 'bolt-on' transmission alternative without having to redesign vehicles, established credibility due to Torsen, etc. The list could go on and on.
On the other side of the ledger, however, is the NIH factor of the Big Three (Not Invented Here). The company and its new partners also have to show that they can bring seriously interested partners to the table. Hard to believe based on the previous paragraph that a bidding war wouldn't already be shaping up.
