those myself (used to call CEO's and through experience learned they tend to say different things to different callers). Like most other creditable companies they need to share strategic plans with all shareholders - easily done by a press release - put it down in writing and share it - that's where the rubber meets the road.
He took over, landed a couple of deals, released a few PRs, didn't supply any numbers, and has basically been silent since.
Was hoping they turned a corner - and still am.
