this announcement gives no clue as to existing EESO stock (as would be expected from you know who) but i would expect it will be worthless. look for an new stock issuance from the "new" company with the same crook doing the same scam all over again. gotta give the guy credit, he keeps trying but is flat incapable of making an honest living.
