No, I have never met Frank....but it would not surprise me if he had at least not heard the names of some of the people in the Dept where I used to work.

But the really higher ups that I used to know I met through my Dad over 40 years ago. For example, Lucie Baines Johnson and I were in a piano recital together...and she flubbed up. I felt sorry for her. Her Dad, of course, was, at the time, the second highest higher up in the country. He was Vice-President at the time....so that was a long time ago.
