They announced a merger the other day. Evidently its a 100% buyout.The company is Atire Technologies, Inc. This could be huge although we will have to wait til May for the merger to be finalized. Once the market digests this news I think the stock may see a penny easy. Atire has a patent and a product should be a good fit. Good time to buy in on the ground floor.
