1. It reduces the period from 12 months to 6 months but in our case 12 months have already passed.
2. If they are unrestricted remember that the "insiders" also have loads of restricted stock they can dump.
3. It ain't woth shit anyway. The cost of the opinion letter will probably (unless you have tons) exceed the stocks value.
