I was told that the investigation centered on Jeff Turino's original involvement with the shell that became GBDX. And that the investigation could find no current link between him and GBDX. Nothing about sggm or cmkx.

What's interesting about HndtoHnd's post is he said he spoke to Haseltine. He didn't say that Haseltine said that he quit because of any linkage between gbdx and sggm/cmkx investigations. He posed a hypothetical. That tells me he never got that information from Haseltine or anyone else.
