the closing bid was .0012. The notes stipulated 50% of the closing bid so that worked out to .0006 per share. The note was in the amount of $115,000 which converted into 191M shares. Yes, this is excessive..

Carnes plays the conversion card at damn near the bottom price
after probably helping to get it there.Remember the stock has been on the REG SHO list for some time.Once he has the stock, the really good PRs begin on Jan 16 with the 504 ending notice and up to the big one the 28M contract.

Think about the amount of volume that has been traded above
.005 PPS and he has 191M shares going into this which cost him
only $115,000. If he gets and average price of .005 X 191M
shares thats $955,000 for a $115,000 loan.

I'm in the wrong business.
